Effective 2026-07-02 · Peptide Quote Builder ("PQB", "we", "us")

1. What PQB is

PQB is a quoting platform that lets verified resellers ("you") build, brand, save, and share wholesale price quotes for research-grade compounds. PQB provides the software platform; unless a quote states otherwise, the reseller who prepares a quote — not PQB — is the party offering to sell, and each sale is governed by that reseller's own terms with its customer.

2. Use designation

All products quoted through this platform are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Products are sold only to verified licensed professionals and bona-fide research entities. By purchasing, the buyer confirms the products will be used solely for in-vitro research and not administered to humans or animals.

You may not use the platform, or any quote, brand asset, or communication produced through it, to make or imply therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, human-use, or veterinary-use claims; to compare products to approved drugs; or to provide dosing or administration guidance. Compliance language included on quotes and price sheets may not be removed, obscured, or altered.

3. Access codes and accounts

Access codes are issued only to verified licensed professionals and bona-fide research entities, and are personal to the party they are issued to. Do not share author codes.
You are responsible for activity conducted under your codes. We may disable codes at any time for misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
Quote codes reopen a saved quote in read-only form and may be shared with your customer for that purpose.

4. Pricing and quotes

Base costs, availability, and quantity tiers shown in the builder are subject to change until an order is confirmed by the supplying party.
The platform enforces minimum pricing floors; quotes cannot be created below base cost.
A saved quote is a snapshot prepared by you. Validity windows, taxes, shipping, and final terms are between you and your customer.

5. Your branding

You retain ownership of logos and brand assets you upload, and grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to render your price sheets, quotes, and PDFs. You represent that your branding does not infringe any third party's rights and is not misleading — including any suggestion that quoted products are approved drugs or intended for human use.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful resale, and no sale or offer to parties you have not verified as licensed professionals or bona-fide research entities.
No scraping, probing, code-guessing, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
No uploading unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PQB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us for the platform in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including disabling codes) for breach of these terms, legal or compliance risk, or discontinuation of the service. Sections 2, 5, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Contact: access@peptidequotebuilder.com.
